○△教の別なく信者は例外なくアホだという話

　法皇に選出されて以来いきなりエマニュエル2世の言葉を説教の中に引用してイスラム教徒の怒りをかったり、最近では政治的妥協から蔵の中に押し籠められていたラテン語の教典の復活を主張してユダヤ人からブーイングを受けたと思えば、またまた>「プロテスタントなんてキリスト教ぢゃない」なんてアホなことか書いてあるテキスト出してプロテスタントの反発を浴びているダメダメ坊主のベネディクト16世ですが、どうもこのテキストは彼が法皇に選出される以前のラッティンガー枢機卿時代に書いた文書のリライト版らしい。

　さて、そんなローマ教会にまたしても災禍が．．
僕はキリスト教の坊主の男色や女性信者に対する冒涜は中世の話だと思ってたんだけど、これは脈々と続いているようで、2002年頃からぼつぼつ報道はされていたんですが、大々的に報じられ始めたのはアメリカの中間選挙の頃だったと思います。

　なんでもロスの管区はローマカトリックのアメリカ最大の教区らしいんですが、ここで裁判に持ち込まれた結果和解が成立、教会施設や所蔵品を売らなきゃいかんかもしれんほどの、これまでにない莫大な慰謝料が発生するということです。

　教会は1940年代の事例にまで遡り、500とも1,000とも言われれる被害者に対して総額で66000万ドル、800億円！？を支払わなくてはいけなくなる模様で、実際にはこれより被害者が増えるだろうから更に増えそう。
ロス大管区の保有資産は5億円程度しかないらしく、既にこの管区の教会では幾つかが破産申請をしたとか．．．

　人のことだか笑ってりゃ良いんですが、でもさ、教会ってのは寄付や献金で成り立ってるもんじゃないっすか。
それがエロ坊主の下半身の不始末で破産ですぜ、言い換えれば、献金や寄付がエロ坊主の性欲処理に回される、善男善女にゃ笑えない話なんでしょうが、三大宗教の一つで起きた事件なんですよこれわ。
やっぱ帰依とか入信なんてのは馬鹿じゃなけできんっと改めて思わされる事件でんな。

Roman Catholic Church agrees sexual abuse payout
- The Roman Catholic Church in Los Angeles, the largest archdiocese in the US, has agreed to pay an unprecedented ￡300 million to settle sexual abuse cases, according to a lawyer for the plaintiffs.　The deal, yet to be approved by a judge, amounts to about ￡500,000 for each of more than 500 people who claimed they were victims of abuse by the clergy.　It would be the biggest paid by the Church since the scandal erupted in 2002 and would bring the total amount paid across the US to almost a billion pounds.
- Ray Boucher, the lead plaintiff's attorney, also claimed that the deal included the release of confidential church reports on priests implicated in the scandal. "Transparency is a critical part of this and of all resolutions," he said. Some Roman Catholic orders - the Servites, Claretians and Oblates - are reported to have refused to participate in the agreement. The Church has not yet confirmed the settlement.

LA Church 'in record abuse deal'
- The Catholic Church in Los Angeles has reached a financial deal with more than 500 people alleging sexual abuse by priests, the plaintiffs' lawyer says.
The deal, said to be for $660m (￡324m), has yet to be approved by a judge. It would be the biggest compensation payment the Church has made since the sexual abuse scandal exploded into public view in 2002. It would take the total paid out by US dioceses to $2bn since 1950, with LA paying about one quarter of that. The settlement figures have not yet been officially announced. The diocese is expected to sell property to raise the compensation funds.
- In a recent letter to parishioners, Cardinal Roger Mahony said the Church would be selling an administrative building and was considering the sale of about 50 other Church properties to raise funds for settlement. Since 2002 nearly 1,000 people have filed such claims against the Roman Catholic Church in California alone. In February 2004, a report commissioned by the Church said more than 4,000 Roman Catholic priests in the US had faced sexual abuse allegations in the last 50 years.

Los Angeles Catholic Church in record abuse deal
- LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles has agreed to pay $660 million to 500 victims of sexual abuse dating back as far as the 1940s in the largest compensation deal of its kind, the plaintiffs' lawyers said on Saturday.
The settlement, which means victims will receive more than $1 million each, is the largest from the Catholic Church in recent years following many cases in which victims sought financial compensation for suffering abuse from priests.
- The diocese is expected to sell property to raise the settlement funds. The Los Angeles Times newspaper has estimated that the Los Angeles Archdiocese has real estate holdings worth more than $4 billion. Several U.S. Catholic diocese with less substantial holdings have filed for bankruptcy protection in wake of the abuse scandal.
