拉致：媚米家はヒルを罵倒するが

　ここはけっさくなんで毎日読みにいってしまうんだけど期待は裏切りませんね。

　さて、今日のお題は「アメリカ国務次官補のヒルの野望！」だそうですが、本文は以下のたった二行です。

北朝鮮の我侭の裏には、米国国務次官補のヒルの暗躍が！
こいつをこのままにしていては、拉致被害者は絶対に帰って来ない！

野望っすか？　いいたいどういう？ｗ
暗躍？　一体ヒルがどういう？
ヒルが一人で絵を描けるって思ってしまうところがこの人の凄いところだと思うんだけど、ではなんで今年の4月30日に提出された国務省の年次報告には早々と「北朝鮮をテロ支援国家リストから外す」ということが検討課題に挙げられていたのかね？

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) was not known to have sponsored any terrorist acts since the bombing of a Korean Airlines flight in 1987. The DPRK continued to harbor four Japanese Red Army members who participated in a jet hijacking in 1970. The Japanese government continued to seek a full accounting of the fate of the 12 Japanese nationals believed to have been abducted by DPRK state entities; five such abductees have been repatriated to Japan since 2002. In the February 13, 2007 Initial Actions Agreement, the United States agreed to "begin the process of removing the designation of the DPRK as a state-sponsor of terrorism."

　行数見ただけでもわかるように大幅に内容が割愛されており、韓国にも拉致被害者がいるという部分は完全に割愛され、完全に拉致問題が日朝の二国間問題であるというようなすり替えが企まれた挙げ句に2/13合意でアメリカ合衆国は北朝鮮をテロ支援国家リストから外すことに合意したと書かれている。

　つまりこれは国務省の方針であるということであり、これに対する我が国の懸念に対してブッシュが返したのは「安倍が困るようなことはしない。」っといかにも多様な解釈が可能なコメントなんだな。
あくまでも「日本政府」がではなく「安倍」がなんだが、これでも悪者はヒルなのか？

　どうして熱湯欲はこうまでアメリカ批判をためらうのか僕にはわからないが、基本的な誤りは日本政府が犯したわけで、なにがそうかといえば、KEDOの枠組みが壊れた段階で離脱すればいいものを離脱するでもなく、6カ国協議の枠組みになんらごねることなく安全牌で参加してしまった。

　協議が始まってからでも尻をまくって離脱するチャンスは何回かあったものがアメリカの顔色をうかがうばかりでタイミングを失し、作業部会制、ここから露骨な拉致切り捨ては始まっているんだけど、これにもごねるどころか積極的に参加してしまった。

　このまま半ばすんなりと初期の行動が達成されてゆくとすれば完全に拉致は放念され置き去りですよ。
そしてヒルが替わったところでライスが替わらない限りこの流れは変わらないだろうし、国務長官就任の経緯を見てもライスは替わりませんよ。

　ぢゃどうする？
　いま、これまでやったふりだけしてきた単独制裁の強化？そりゃ無理っしょ。
やれば日本だけが悪者にされることが目に見えてるし、それが今できるのであればこれまでに出来ている、そして、よしんばやったところで今更どれほどの効果があるものか？

　となれば情けないことですが、6カ国協議が頓挫することを祈るというネガティブな道しかない。
